We are looking for a hardworking person to be part of an experienced, dedicated team that organically maintains the landscapes we build.  Maintenance Crew Members are in the field every day and are critical to the success of each site.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Maintenance Team Leads to execute daily landscape maintenance activities
• Operate small machinery and hand tools
• Comfortably take direction from Team leads and Horticulture Specialist
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work safely at all times

Qualifications:

• Hard worker, positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
• Some landscape or construction labor experience
• Be in good physical condition, able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Have reliable transportation to work
• Have a valid WA driver's license
• Ability to show working knowledge of tools/equipment/practices a plus.
• Ability to operate small machinery a plus
• Able to communicate and follow instructions; Spanish a plus
• Have reliable transportation to work
• Have a valid WA driver’s license

         Pay range $24.00-$30.00 per hour
