Nussbaum Group is looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to manage the installation of exceptional landscapes for both high-end residential. We are looking for an individual who will own the success of each project, from the first client meeting, to the collaboration with award-winning Landscape Architects, to overseeing the construction and installation of phenomenal landscapes, and then managing the transition to ongoing maintenance and beyond.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provides leadership in the initial planning stage by collaborating with clients, landscape architects, subcontractors and other stakeholders. 
  • Prepares and tracks budgets for landscape construction projects.
  • Oversees contract negotiations, revisions, and additions. 
  • Ensures adherence to the budget and The Nussbaum Way and regularly communicates with clients concerning budget progress and costs. 
  • Manages all aspects of landscape construction projects.
  • Supports Maintenance Project Managers as projects transition from construction to maintenance.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationshops with clients, field teams, and landscape architects. 

 Pay range for the position: $100,000-$120,000

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of professional landscape experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Horticulture, or related field a plus.
  • 3 years of client service experience within the landscape industry.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel. 
  • Strong ability to read plan sets and specifications, as well the ability to quickly sketch details for clarification and review.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid WA driver license.
