Colton has worked in landscaping for more than 11 years and currently serves as Senior Maintenance Team Lead and Safety Lead at Nussbaum Group. His lifelong interest in gardening, plants, and the natural world has shaped his career and continues to fuel his passion for landscape care and stewardship.
In his role, Colton enjoys being outdoors and immersed in nature every day, surrounded by plants, animals, and the people who care for them. He finds joy in sharing those experiences with teammates and clients while helping create and maintain landscapes where people and nature thrive together.
For Colton, the best part of working at Nussbaum Group is the people. He values collaborating with dedicated, talented colleagues who care deeply about their craft and the clients they serve.
Outside of work, Colton’s hobbies often take him into the wild. He and his wife, Rebecca, love to travel, paddle, bike, hike, and fish—always looking for the next adventure together
