Kristy spent 15 years working in Human Resources in the tech industry before deciding to pursue a career that aligned with her passion for horticulture. After the company she worked for was sold, she returned to school to study horticulture and went on to own and operate her own landscape design and maintenance business. She now brings that unique blend of people-focused leadership and horticultural expertise to her role as Maintenance Site Manager at Nussbaum Group.

In her role, Kristy enjoys creating beautiful landscapes, supporting the people around her, and continuing to learn and grow. Some of the things she enjoys about Nussbaum Group include the exceptional caliber of the gardens we care for and the people she gets to work with each day.

Outside of work, Kristy enjoys volunteer gardening, practicing yoga and meditation, singing, and dancing.
